BugFix: Hosted Exchange is no also working.

BugFix: works with CommuniGate.

BugFix: Unsynchronized data if you change object directly after they come into the synchronized Outook.

Changes:

- Better performance
- Improved functionality of basic-synchronization
- Improved packing of mails, if there are more than 10 changes at a time
- runs also on Outlook 2010(x86)
- pricing has changed
