With ExMixedFolders you can synchronize your external contacts, appointments or tasks with an Exchange folder. All you have to do is specify the ODBC data connection to your database and create a query that maps the data into the fields accepted by ExMixedFolders. 

Here you can see a very simple example query:

select AdressId as ID,
Vorname as Surname, 
Nachname as GivenName,
Note as Body,
Geburtsdatum as Birthday,
email as EMAILADDRESS1,
Updated as LastModifiedTime

You also specify an interval when the database should be queried and a target folder in Exchange.
